Return Policy
Interior Design Services
Bookings for all consultation services are non-refundable. However, the consultation can be used at any time and is transferable. This includes, but is not limited to: Full-Service Design Consultations, Plan Only Consultations, Designer’s Consults, and Paint Color Consultations.
Bookings for e-Design and Fixtures + Finishes services are refundable for up to 48 hours after purchase. No refunds will be given after design work has started or consultation has begun.
Home Goods & Furnishings
By placing a home goods and/or furnishings order with Asha Maía Design, you agree to and understand that once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Asha Maía Design makes no warranties for merchandise beyond the manufacturer’s warranties.
You also understand that if your merchandise arrives damaged, you must take a photo as proof of damage and submit to hello@ashamaiadesign.com within three days of delivery. After submitting the claim to the manufacturer, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Asha Maía Design. We will replace any product that arrives damaged if photos are submitted within three days of delivery.
Backorder dates are subject to change. Furniture may take an additional 7-10 business days in transit.
Design Workshops & Courses
Sale of workshops under $100 are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued to those who cancel or do not attend workshop of which was booked.
We will gladly issue a refund for any workshop valued over $100 if canceled at least 7 days prior, to the scheduled workshop/course. Please contact us at hello@ashamaiadesign.com to notify us of cancellation and to request refund.

If for any reason you or the recipient of the product purchased is not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@ashamaiadesign.com. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original and unused condition within 3 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL?
If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo as proof of damage and submit to hello@ashamaiadesign.com within 3 days of delivery. Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail are insured and require photo evidence. After submitting the claim to USPS, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Asha Maía Design. We will replace any product that arrives damaged if photos are submitted within 3 days of delivery.
