Our clients, whose primary residence is in Texas, purchased a newly built condo on the Potomac River in Old Town, Alexandria. Anticipating a future downsize and wanting to be near their aging father, their goal was to transform the small, modern, and intimate space into a home that better suited their personality and lifestyle.
