Springtime Tom Collins
This spring take on a Tom Collins tastes like this season's vibrant awakening. Forget the heavy cocktails of winter because this drink is a weightless delight. Gin, crisp and clean, mingles with the sunny tartness of lemon, and this cocktail's hint of sweetness tastes like nectar of blooming flowers. Each delicious sip promises warmer days, longer evenings, and many memories ahead. This cocktail will chase away winter's chill and elevate the carefree joy of springtime!

How to Make:
Makes 1 Cocktail
3 oz. Gin (we love Hendricks)
1 oz. St. Germain
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
Club Soda
Ice
Garnish:
Lemon, Thyme, Edible Flowers
In a shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, we love St. Germain, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well with ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel or edible flower (optional). Enjoy!
